Tesla is no longer the best selling electric car

Apparently Tesla is no longer the leader when it comes to electric cars. During the past month of October he lost the # 1 position as leader in sales of electric vehicles.

The rivals that have dethroned it has been nothing more and nothing less than Toyota and Chrevrolet. Apparently the people of Toyota is growing a lot in the sales of its model Prius, a car that last October managed to surpass Tesla with the Chevrolet Bolt.

The Bolt sold a total of 2781 units, 1626 vehicles had the Prius, and in third place Tesla was with 1120 cars.
Something that really alarmed the people of Tesla was that even if they add ALL Tesla models sold only reach 2115 cars, which also fail to dethrone the 2781 Chevrolet.

One of the things that have determined the great success of the Chevrolet Bolt has been its reduced price. The Tesla S model costs $ 94 thousand dollars, while the Chevrolet Bolt only costs $ 30 thousand dollars, almost 3 times less, a difference that seems to be causing the balance to tip in your favor.

Let's see how this battle for the leadership of electric cars evolves, what is certain is that it will be very difficult for Tesla to lower the prices of its Tesla Model S vehicle to compete with the Chevy Bolt.
