A report reveals which is the most used 'emoji' (and it is very likely that it is not what you think)

The North American company Apple has revealed in a dossier the list with the 10 'emojis' most used by users.

Currently few can imagine a conversation by instant messaging without the use of emoticons. These small graphics help us to emphasize our conversations through text messages and our publications on social networks.

Due to its Japanese origin, hence the term 'emoji', to use them correctly you may have had to resort at some time to the 'definitive dictionary of WhatsApp emoticons' since it is likely that by the cultural difference you are using them badly and not with the purpose with which they were originally created.

On the other hand, the evolution of these small ideograms is also remarkable. From those grimaces with points and scripts to the new 'emojis' or rather the 'Animojis' with facial movement that incorporates the new iPhone X, thanks to its new technology of face recognition.

Now a recent report prepared by Apple, where it evaluates the data used by its users, has revealed which of these ideograms are the most used mainly by the English-speaking community.

In the document, Apple explains how it collects and uses the data of its users, always ensuring their privacy. In the case of 'emojis' he has used the 'Count Mean Sketch' technique to determine the most popular 'emoji' and thus "help design better ways to find our favorite emoji".

According to this report, the most used 'emoji' is 'face with tears of Joy' 😂, also with a notable difference with the next most used is the 'red heart'. In third place the one known as 'loudly crying face'.

Are they also the emojis that you use the most?
